Picsart, the San Francisco-based photo and video editing app used primarily by influencers and creators, is on a hiring spree and planning a big marketing push as it looks to better position itself to take on Adobe's Photoshop. Picsart is investing more in external marketing to go after Adobe's professional user base.The video and photo editing app loved by Gen Z also plans to beef up its internal branding team.Picsart looks to staff up to 1,200 employees, from 850 currently.
